1. Eligibility and Registration

1. To be eligible to create an account and use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older.

1. RCX employs security measures to protect your account information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that you use our Services at your own risk.
   
2. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorised access to or use of your account.
   

4. Account Suspension and Termination

1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws or regulations.
   
2. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or our Services.
   

5. Account Deactivation

1. You may deactivate your account at any time by following the instructions provided in your account settings or by contacting us.
   
2. Deactivating your account does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities arising from your use of our Services prior to deactivation.
   

6. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCX and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data or information, or any other pecuniary loss.
   
2. RCX's total liability to you under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by you to RCX for the Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

9. Third Party Connected Platform Agreement

1. Introduction: This agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("Customer,” “client,” “user," "you," or "your") and Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") regarding the use of the Stripe Customer Portal and related services.
   
2. Acceptance of Terms:By using the Stripe Customer Portal, the Customer agrees to be bound by Stripe's Customer Portal Terms of Service, Stripe Services Agreement, and any other applicable policies or agreements, as amended from time to time.
   
3. Customer Responsibilities: The Customer is responsible for using the Stripe Customer Portal in accordance with Stripe's documentation and guidelines. The Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information in the customer portal and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
   
4. Stripe Responsibilities: Stripe is responsible for providing the customer portal services, including hosting, maintenance, and support. Stripe will ensure the availability and functionality of the customer portal as per the terms of the Stripe Services Agreement.
   
5. Data Protection and Privacy: The Customer and Stripe agree to protect the privacy and confidentiality of customer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The Customer must obtain necessary consents from their customers for the collection and processing of their personal information.
   
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in the Stripe Services Agreement. Termination of the Agreement will result in the termination of the Customer's access to the Stripe Customer Portal.
   
7. Limitation of Liability: The limitation of liability provisions outlined in the Stripe Services Agreement apply to this Agreement.
   
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement is governed by the laws outlined in the Stripe Services Agreement. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified in the Stripe Services Agreement.
