stage of its operations. It adopts a privacy by default approach by
ensuring that personal information is only accessible to authorised
individuals and only for legitimate purposes.

RCX recognises the rights of individuals regarding their personal
information, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict
processing, object to processing, and data portability. It provides
individuals with clear and accessible mechanisms for exercising these
rights and addresses any inquiries or complaints in a timely and
effective manner.

ability to comply with data privacy laws and regulations. It enters
into appropriate contractual arrangements to ensure that third parties

RCX also complies with applicable data transfer mechanisms to enable
