Terms and conditions

1. By entering this competition, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions and by the Australian legal system.
   
2. To enter this competition there is no entry fee and no requirement to make a purchase or subscribe to our service.
   
3. Promotions are only available for a limited time only and for as long as it is advertised.
   
4. RCX reserves the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.
   
5. Prizes cannot be converted into cash or cash equivalent.
   
6. RCX’s decision of the outcome of the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
7. The winner will be notified by email to the address supplied on our RCX website.
   
8. The winner will be required to provide RCX with their personal shipping address and RCX will deliver the prize to the nominated address.
   
9. In the event we are not notified of a shipping address, we will hold the prize for a period not exceeding 30 days, after which time the prize will be withdrawn.
   
10. The winner will be required to advise RCX via email to confirm receipt of their prize.
