Prohibited Businesses Agreement

RCX Pty Ltd ("RCX," "we," "us," or "our") strives to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of its business operations. As such, RCX has identified certain types of businesses that are prohibited from using our services and products.
The following list outlines categories of businesses that are not permitted to engage in business relationships with RCX:
  1. Illegal or fraudulent businesses: Any business engaged in illegal activities, including but not limited to, money laundering, terrorism financing, drug trafficking, human trafficking, or any other activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Businesses promoting violence, discrimination, or hate speech: Any business that promotes or facilitates violence, discrimination, or hate speech based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
  3. Pornography or sexually explicit businesses: Any business that produces, distributes, or sells pornographic or sexually explicit content, products, or services.
  4. Gambling or gaming businesses: Any business engaged in gambling, online betting, or gaming that does not comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes: Any business operating as a multi-level marketing or pyramid scheme, where participants earn money primarily by recruiting other participants rather than selling products or services.
  6. Tobacco or vape businesses: Any business that produces, distributes, or sells tobacco or vaping products, including e-cigarettes, e-liquids, or related accessories.
  7. Unregulated financial services: Any business providing unregulated financial services, including but not limited to, unlicensed money remittance, cryptocurrency trading, or high-risk investments.
  8. Counterfeit goods: Any business involved in the production, distribution, or sale of counterfeit or unauthorised products or services.
By using RCX's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement
