User Agreement

Welcome to RCX Pty Ltd ("RCX," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using RCX's services, website, or applications (collectively, "Services"), you ("Client,” “user," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with the terms of this User Agreement, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RCX's Services, you accept and agree to abide by this User Agreement, all other RCX Agreements, terms and conditions, third party agreements, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RCX's Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Use of Services

You may use RCX's Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to use our Services in any way that is fraudulent or violates any law or regulation.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content or material you submit, publish, or display through our Services. You agree that RCX may review, edit, or remove any user content at its sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

RCX owns all intellectual property rights in our Services and any content or material we provide. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities while using RCX's Services, including but not limited to, hacking, reverse engineering, or circumventing any security measures.

7. Privacy

RCX's Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy and understand that your personal information may be processed in accordance with that policy.

8. Termination

RCX may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing your use of our Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RCX provides our Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

RCX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of our Services.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to the Agreement

RCX reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Agreement on our website or through our Services. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

By using RCX's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement
