User Conduct Agreement

RCX Pty Ltd ("RCX," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment for our users. By accessing or using RCX's services, website, or applications (collectively, "Services"), you ("Client,” “user," "you," or "your") agree to abide by the following User Conduct guidelines:

1. Compliance with Laws

You agree to use RCX's Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not engage in or promote any illegal activities, including but not limited to, copyright infringement, fraud, or unauthorised access to computer systems, through our Services.

2. Respect for Intellectual Property

You agree not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of RCX or any third party. This includes not reproducing, distributing, or using copyrighted materials, trademarks, or other proprietary information without permission from the respective owners.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit, publish, or display any content or materials through our Services that:
  1. Are defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive in nature
  2. Promote or incite violence, discrimination, or hatred towards individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal characteristics
  3. Encourage or facilitate illegal activities or self-harm
  4. Violate the privacy or personal rights of others, including but not limited to, sharing unauthorised personal information or images
  5. Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation with any person or entity

4. Respectful Conduct

You agree to treat other users and RCX staff with respect and professionalism. Refrain from engaging in any abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour, such as bullying, stalking, or intimidating others.

5. Security

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the security, functionality, or performance of RCX's Services. This includes not attempting to gain unauthorised access to any user accounts or RCX systems or using our Services to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.

6. Misuse of Services

You agree not to use RCX's Services for any unauthorised or inappropriate purposes, such as spamming, phishing, or other deceptive practices, or attempting to manipulate or bypass any security measures implemented by RCX.

7. Compliance with Terms

You agree to comply with all terms, policies, and guidelines provided by RCX, including our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Intellectual Property Agreement.
RCX reserves the right to monitor user conduct and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access to our Services, for violations of these guidelines or any other policies. If you become aware of any violations, please promptly notify RCX to help maintain a positive and respectful environment for all users.

By using RCX's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Conduct Agreement.
