The Dashboard

Also known as the "home" page. The main functions in 360 Manage can be accessed from here.
Each tile on this page will allow you to perform the following functions
  1. Projects: allows you to create and edit projects and their views.
  2. Clients: create and edit clients, allowing you to assign projects.
  3. Users: invite users to your current workspace so they can see views, projects and clients in 360 View, or assist with management in 360 Manage.
  4. Shareable links: easily access and share for projects and views.
  5. 360 View: access the 360 View web app.
  6. Analytics: view basic analytics for content in your current workspace.

The Top Bar

The top bar has useful features that can be accessed at any time from any point while using of 360 Manage.
From left to right, they are
  1. Menu icon: Opens the side menu, allowing you to access the functions shown on the dashboard.
  2. 360 Manage: Clicking this button will return you to the dashboard.
  3. Workspace settings: When you sign up for an RCX 360 subscription, a workspace is created for you. This is where all of your content will live. A single user can join as many workspaces as they like. A user's role can be different between workspaces, so a single user can be an Owner of Workspace A while also being a Contributor to Workspace B. Workspaces must always have at least one user with the Owner role. This workspace dropdown menu allows you to edit the current workspace, change which workspace to access or update billing for this workspace if your role permits it. The name of the current workspace you are accessing will be displayed.
  4. Profile settings: Allows you to update information such as assigned workspaces and account password.
