RCX Academy

Welcome to the RCX Academy! This online resource aims to educate and inform you about the new world of 360°.

What are 360 images?

A 360 image is a type of panoramic image that allows users to freely rotate the image and get an immersive look at their surroundings as if they were there. The most common type of 360 image is called an equirectangular image; one where the width is two times as large as the height.

These images - when viewed normally - look like an unrolled ball, but using specialised software such as the RCX Viewer, users can immerse themselves and unlock the potential of their 360 images.

If you do not have access to 360° images, you can download some from our website: https://rcxgp.com
