RCX 360 Platform Subscription Terms and Conditions

Introduction​

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RCX 360 platform, including the Starter subscription plan. By subscribing to the RCX 360 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

30-Day Free Trial Offer​

The 30-day free trial offer is available for the Starter subscription plan only. This offer is valid for new subscribers who sign up for the Starter subscription plan before 30th September 2024. The free trial period begins on the day of your subscription activation and lasts for 30 consecutive days.

Eligibility​

The free trial offer is available only to new subscribers of the RCX 360 platform who have not previously signed up for a paid subscription. A valid payment method is required to activate the free trial. However, no charges will be made during the free trial period.

Subscription Plan​

The Starter subscription plan is designed for individuals looking to explore the capabilities of the RCX 360 platform. The plan includes access to select features and services as outlined on the RCX 360 website.

Billing and Charges​

If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the 30-day free trial period, your subscription will automatically renew, and the payment method provided will be charged the monthly or yearly subscription fee, depending on your chosen billing cycle. You can save one month’s fee by opting for yearly billing, where the equivalent of 11 months will be charged after the free trial period ends. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Cancellation​

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period without incurring any charges. To cancel your subscription, you must follow the instructions provided on the RCX 360 platform or contact customer support. If you cancel after the free trial period, you will be responsible for any subscription fees that have already been charged.

Automatic Renewal​

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be based on the current subscription rate for the plan you have selected.

Changes to the Subscription​

RCX 360 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription plan or its pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers in advance.

Use of the Platform​

Your use of the RCX 360 platform is subject to the platform’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any additional terms specific to the services you use. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability​

RCX 360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or subscription service.

Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
