Onboarding
Users can be onboarded in different ways
- If you have just purchased a subscription, an email with a form for setting up a workspace and an initial user account is sent to the billing email. This will only happen once per subscription.
- If another user has invited you to the 360 Ecosystem, you can create a user account with the form emailed to you.
Depending on the role assigned to the user, they will be marked as either a Viewer or Admin user. For more information about permission levels, visit roles.
All users can sign in to 360 View, regardless of their role. The same is true for 360 Manage, but users with the Viewer role will only be able to manage settings with their user profile
Purchasing a subscription plan
It is possible to use RCX 360 without a subscription or an account.
RCX 360 View can be used without an account. The following features are available to users without an account or subscription
- Viewing public projects and views by scanning a QR code
- Viewing example views
RCX 360 Manage cannot be accessed without an account. To create an account, you must purchase a subscription from
the RCX website or be invited to an existing workspace by another user. Once a subscription is purchased, the billing email address will receive an email to finish setting up a workspace, and an initial user account.
Troubleshooting
If you're unable to access your account, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
- Ensure that you have completed the user onboarding process.
- Contact the workspace owner to verify that your account is active.
