QR codes and sharing

Easily share projects and views with QR codes.

Sharing button​

Projects and Views have a "sharing" button, which brings up a window for managing sharing settings. This window also allows for a QR code to be downloaded.

Status​

QR codes can have different statuses based on your needs:

  • Public: Anyone who scans the code can access the content
  • Private: You choose who can access the content
  • Disabled: No one can use the QR code to access the content

The status can be updated at any time by selecting the new status and clicking "Update permissions".

Views cannot have their status updated; they instead inherit the sharing status from their assigned project.
