Clients

A container to file related projects.

Anatomy​

A client consists of the following:

  • A name,
  • A collection of assigned projects, and
  • A collection of assigned users

Creating a new client​

Clients can be used as a container to hold projects. From the clients table, click "create client" to get started.

Editing an existing client​

Select the client you wish to edit. From the three-dot menu, select "edit client details".

Assigning projects​

All projects created under a client are considered "assigned" to the client. New projects can be created by pressing the "create project" button.

Assigning users​

Similar to projects, users can be assigned to a client. Assigned users have access to all projects that are assigned to the client. This is great if you have multiple projects and want to effortlessly grant access to a single user.

  • New users can be created and directly assigned from the three-dot menu by clicking "create a new user".
  • Existing users can be assigned to the client by ticking their entry in the list and submitting the edit form.
