Data Privacy Framework Agreement for RCX Pty Ltd.

RCX Pty Ltd ("RCX," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. This Data Privacy Framework outlines the principles and guidelines that RCX adheres to in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal information.

1. Transparency​

RCX is transparent about its data privacy practices and informs individuals about the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information. RCX provides clear and understandable privacy notices that explain its data processing activities.

2. Lawful, Fair, and Limited Collection and Use​

RCX collects and processes personal information in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner. It only collects personal information for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and does not further process it in a manner incompatible with those purposes. Personal information is collected directly from individuals when possible, and the collection is limited to what is necessary for the intended purposes.

3. Data Quality and Accuracy​

RCX takes reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information it collects is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. It provides individuals with the ability to access, rectify, or erase their personal information as required by applicable laws and regulations.

4. Data Minimisation and Retention​

RCX collects and processes personal information only to the extent necessary for its intended purposes. It retains personal information for only as long as required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. RCX implements policies and procedures to ensure that personal information is securely disposed of when no longer needed.

5. Security Safeguards​

RCX implements appropriate technical, physical, and organisational security measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure their effectiveness.

6. Accountability and Responsibility​

RCX is accountable for its compliance with data privacy laws, regulations, and this Data Privacy Framework. It designates a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or other responsible individuals to oversee its data privacy program and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

7. Privacy by Design and Default​

RCX integrates data privacy principles into its business practices, processes, and systems to ensure that privacy is considered at every stage of its operations. It adopts a privacy by default approach by ensuring that personal information is only accessible to authorised individuals and only for legitimate purposes.

8. Data Subject Rights and Remedies​

RCX recognizes the rights of individuals regarding their personal information, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. It provides individuals with clear and accessible mechanisms for exercising these rights and addresses any inquiries or complaints in a timely and effective manner.

9. Third-Party Relationships and Data Transfers​

RCX selects third-party service providers and partners based on their ability to comply with data privacy laws and regulations. It enters into appropriate contractual arrangements to ensure that third parties process personal information in accordance with applicable requirements. RCX also complies with applicable data transfer mechanisms to enable the lawful transfer of personal information across borders.

By using RCX's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
