Services Agreement

Services Agreement for RCX Pty Ltd.

This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made between RCX Pty Ltd ("RCX," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Client,” “user," "you," or "your"). By accessing or using RCX's services, website, or applications (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided​

RCX agrees to provide architectural visualisation and project management sharing services, including but not limited to, 3D visualisation, collaboration tools, content sharing, and other features available through our platform.

2. Account Registration​

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure.

3. Fees and Payment​

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the use of RCX's Services. Fees may be charged on a subscription basis or based on specific services provided. RCX reserves the right to change our fee structure at any time with prior notice.

4. User Conduct​

You agree to use RCX's Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to use our Services in any way that is fraudulent or violates any law or regulation.

5. Intellectual Property​

RCX owns all intellectual property rights in our Services and any content or material we provide. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality​

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information or materials provided to you by RCX during the course of our Services.

7. Termination​

RCX may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing your use of our Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties​

RCX provides our Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability​

RCX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of our Services.

10. Governing Law​

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using RCX's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Services Agreement.
